eat! BRUSSELS, drink! BORDEAUX festival will take place between the 10th and 13th of September 2015 in the Parc de Bruxelles. While the great menus are in store for food lovers, the festival also includes special gastronomic workshops.  

From gourmet booth to wine stands, the workshops will deliver the exclusive knowledge of experts to the visitors. In the beautiful ambiance of the Parc de Bruxelles, each visitor will have the opportunity to become active participants while discovering unique culinary secrets.

Mmmmh! Cook

As part of the festival program, an Mmmmh! counter will be present in the Parc de Bruxelles. The culinary experts of Mmmmh! will give cooking classes offering a great variety of alternatives. From traditional to creative cuisine of various world kitchens, the classes will appeal to both beginner and experienced cooking lovers.

If you are curious about how to make delicious chocolate eclairs or an impressive meal for your guests, the counter will be the right spot for you. Moreover, children accompanied by their parents, will also have a chance to attend the workshops and enjoy the delighful results.

Workshops of the Bordeaux Wine School

Enjoying a glass of wine is already nice but the experience can be made even nicer with a bit of knowledge. C
hoosing the right wine for the meal, understanding the varietals along with their production or describing a wine's robe will always make a difference.

To provide an extensive insight on these matters, experts from the Bordeaux Wine School will take their place in the Parc de Bruxelles during the festival. Organizing oenology courses on various topics, the experts will deepen the knowledge of visitors while welcoming them to the world of Bordeaux wines.
