Brought up in a family of profressional gourmets, as of the age of 16 Jean Galler already knew that he would dedicate his life to chocolate. After having studied pastry and chocolate in Basel and working as an apprentice at Gaston LenĂ´tre in Paris, Jean Galler was awarded "Best bakery-pastry chef apprentice of Belgium" in 1974. After founding his own company two years later, the master chocolatier started standing out from the rest to become one of the few reckoned when it came to Belgian chocolate. 

Today, the Galler chocolate factory is known for its wide and colourful range of chocolate bars.
